Gorgeous 4-star Safari Lodge is looking for a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR POSITION INFO: The ideal candidate has a proven track record of being reliable and proactive, solution-driven, able to take full responsibility in their departments and have experience in lodge or hospitality environments. Core Criteria: Previous experience in a 4-star lodge is essential take full ownership of all maintenance on the property implement and manage a preventive maintenance system handle electrical, plumbing, and general lodge maintenance manage technical systems (including air conditioning and basic smart systems if possible) ensure all issues are resolved proactively, not reactively Package: Accommodation: shared double room with shared bathroom Leave cycle: 21 days on / 7 days off Food allowance: 500 ZAR per month Uniform: provided
