As the Manager: People Operations, you'll lead the engine room of HR - setting the strategy, governance, and operational standards that ensure every people process (from hire to retire) runs with precision, integrity and efficiency. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for enterprise-wide operational stability, data governance, payroll integrity, and the continuous optimisation of HR systems and processes.
