Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12

Duties & Responsibilities

• Report dirty work stations before start of shifts
• Ensure that all machines are in 100% working conditions and report any problems immediately to the supervisor
• Input premix and hand ingredients in the mixer
• Ensure mixer is closed during operation
• Check dough temperature
• Ensure batch numbers of ingredients are correct
• Complete mixing record accurately
• To ensure maximum thruput per plant specifications
• Always ensure 100% that there are no objects near or in the way of the pan station, that could cause damage
• Analyse COA
• Responsible for keeping your assigned work area clean and tidy at all times and report potential contamination and suspicious activities
• Complete production parameter charts and records
• All machines must be switched off at the end of shifts
• Help spontaneously with any problems in the whole "make up" area
