Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Experts

Development Expertise Lab (DEL) specialises in data collection, data analysis, monitoring & evaluation and research activities in developing countries. DEL is hiring Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Experts based in East Africa (Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, Uganda). Candidates must meet the following criteria: Master's degree (or equivalent) in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health or a related field At least five (5) years of professional experience in monitoring, evaluation and/or learning for donor-funded development or humanitarian programmes Demonstrated experience applying the OECD-DAC evaluation criteria or equivalent MEAL frameworks Strong quantitative and/or qualitative research skills, including experience with statistical software (Stata, SPSS or R) and/or qualitative analysis tools Proficiency with digital data collection platforms (ODK, KoboCollect, SurveyCTO or CommCare) Sound knowledge of the development,...
