Requirements
- Grade: 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- 3-4 Years’ experience in a store /retail management experience
- Sales & service management.
- Budgeting.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Retail trade.
- Brand, customer & product understanding.
- Strong business acument and problem - solving skills
- A passion for home decor and design
Key Duties
- Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive store sales and achieve set targets.
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Administer store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
