We’re looking for a Night Manager for a prestigious hotel group who doesn’t just “hold the fort”, you *own the night*. You lead when others sleep, you anticipate before problems surface, and you bring calm authority to moments where others might falter.

What You’ll Own

• Full operational control of the hotel during night shift
• Acting as Manager on Duty in the absence of senior leadership
• Delivering a seamless, safe, and exceptional guest experience overnight
• Leading, coaching, and holding your team accountable to the highest standards
• Managing guest queries, complaints, and unexpected situations with confidence and professionalism
• Overseeing night audit processes and ensuring financial accuracy
• Driving performance, structure, and discipline across the night team

Requirements

• Matric + Hospitality Qualification (essential)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Front Office or Night Manager role
• Proven leadership experience in a high-demand hospitality environment
• Strong Rooms Division + Food & Beverage exposure
• Tech-savvy: Opera/Micros, POS systems, MS 365, CCTV
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work shifts and duty management hours
