Role Description
This role is responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience across all touchpoints. You will be the voice of Magnet.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls and website
- Process and track customer orders end-to-end
- Follow up on pending orders and outstanding payments
- Ensure an excellent customer experience at all touchpoints
- Update customers on order status and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate order records and tracking systems

Qualifications and Experience
- Computer Literacy
- Proficient in working with systems, Google Sheets, and email
- Attention to Detail
- High accuracy in all tasks and communications
- Adaptability
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to change
- Communication
- Professional, polite, clear, and confident communicator
- English Proficiency
- Fluent written & spoken English — min. O-Level Grade C
- Fast Typing
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to customers

- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads

- Highly organised, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
