Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage security operations to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
- Manage and develop security teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee risk management, incident investigations, and security compliance.
- Monitor CCTV, control room, and access control operations.
- Drive operational performance, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
- Manage site performance, reporting, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric) PSIRA
- Grade A Certification
- Valid driver's licence
- Relevant Security Management qualification advantageous
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a security management role
- Experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution centre, manufacturing, or similar operational environments
- Proven experience managing large teams and client relationships
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, investigations, and security systems
