What will you be doing? We have an exciting learning opportunity for an HR Graduate, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following:
- Performance Management process support through delivering user training
- Job grading process support through gathering prework documentation
- Talent assessments administration and system support
- Job profiling process administration and knowledge management support
- Change management support for Invocoms
- Internal communications support
- Workshop planning, coordination and logistical and admin support
- Survey administration as required
Graduates at Premier gain valuable in-service work experience, skills and knowledge that will assist them in starting their careers with the Human Resources field.
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12
- Completed a Diploma/ Degree in: Human Resource Management
- Driver’s license (advantageous)

Working Conditions
This is a 12-month graduate programme based at our corporate office, working across the regions reporting to the Manager: Group Organisational Development.
Will at times support the national Human Resources structure in rolling out of specific projects / tasks.
May be required to travel to other sites for exposure to all business units
