Outbound Supervisor II - Midrand DC

Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).

2–3 years' supervisory or leadership experience in a Distribution Centre or warehouse environment.

2–3 years' logistics or supply chain experience.

Experience in outbound operations and returns management.

Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties

• Supervise the outbound returns team and daily operations.
• Ensure accurate processing and dispatch of returned stock.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround times.
• Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and analyse performance trends.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve returns-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
