People Delivery Specialist - Transrite Basson Park

About the role:

To provide end-to-end people management support to the Transrite operation by managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, training and development, employee engagement, and compliance processes. The role ensures effective workforce planning, accurate people administration, and the delivery of people initiatives that support operational requirements and business objectives.

What you'll do:

• Recruitment and onboarding of staff
• Manage/responsible for payroll
• Ensure all attendance registers and payroll related documents are accurate and submitted timeously.
• Responsible for employees during their employment life cycle.
• Management of Graduate Trainee Programme
• Carry out succession planning activities
• Report and present on productivity.
• Complete weekly/ monthly reports.
• Manage Driver learnerships
• Attend to employee related queries
• Promote employee engagement
• Oversee the issuing and ordering of uniform and PPE to staff.
• Conduct weekly/ monthly audits.
• Assist with training and development activities.
• Attend to IR/ CCMA matters, arbitration level
• Manage various service providers
• Support and execute activities and projects related to the greater People Plan.

What you bring:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Human Resources or People Delivery role.
• Knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong recruitment, payroll, and employee administration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
