Our client, a well-established and expanding short-term insurance brokerage based in Springs (East Rand), is seeking experienced Underwriters to join their dynamic as Portfolio Consultants. The role focuses on managing client portfolios, delivering exceptional service, and supporting clients in all aspects of their insurance needs. Duties & Responsibilities * Manage and administer a portfolio of clients, including policy maintenance and claims handling * Provide excellent client service, ensuring clear communication on cover, premiums, and policy changes * Process policy amendments, cancellations, reinstatements, and refunds * Handle client queries, debit issues, and claims efficiently * Conduct welcome calls and regular client follow-ups * Identify opportunities for upselling and adding value to existing policies
