Planning Assistant Yuppiechef

<p><strong>What your role looks like</strong></p><p>This role is responsible for making sure that we have our products ready to sell, in the right quantities and without taking up too much space and time in our warehouse, our Planning team must have the ability to predict an unpredictable future.</p><p>● Diploma in business management, retail management or similar advantageous</p><p>Strong numerical skills&nbsp;</p><p>● Comfortable in communicating via phone, email and in person with good written and verbal English skills&nbsp;</p><p>● Strong analytical ability with comfort in finding patterns and information in data&nbsp;</p><p>● Enjoy working with people to resolve problems with a focus on finding workable solutions within sometimes tight deadlines&nbsp;</p><p>● Driven by improving processes.&nbsp;</p><p>● Strong computer skills with familiarity working with data and data structures. A high familiarity with the functions of Excel is clearly a given.&nbsp;</p><p>● Basic understanding of invoices/billing processes&nbsp;</p><p>● Experience in managing stock&nbsp;</p><p>● At least 1-2 years of experience in a role that requires attention to detail and collaboration within the retail, operations or logistics areas</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>●Supporting the Planning team with ad hoc administration, ensuring all tasks meet Yuppiechef standards.&nbsp;</p><p>● Improving supplier performance by assisting with delivery queries &amp; unbalanced invoices, managing supplier closures during peak season, and handling supplier queries.&nbsp;</p><p>● Liaising closely with various internal teams, including Finance, Store Planning, Sourcing, and Logistics.&nbsp;</p><p>● General operational problem-solving.</p>
