Principal Technician: Asset Management and Wayleaves

The incumbent will be responsible for the management of wayleaves and the maintenance of the municipality's asset register. The incumbent will also be responsible for the coordination of the municipality's asset management system and the development of policies and procedures related to asset management. The incumbent will work closely with other departments to ensure that the municipality's assets are properly maintained and that the municipality's asset management system is effective and efficient.
