Job Description:
Purpose of the job: To produce bread in accordance with set specifications
Responsibilities:
- Bake plan calculations
- Capacity constraints resources (CCR)
- Quality management SOP’s
- On the job training
- Stock management
- Technical support
- Attend Invocoms
- Conduct Audits, awareness, training and compliance of Food Safety requirements, maintenance compliance, and Health and Safety awareness within area of responsibility.
Qualification Requirements:
- Grade 12 (matric) certificate
- A Chamber of baking certificate
Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ FMCG experience
