Job Description

We need to output clean semantic HTML with

,

,
  • . No CSS, no divs, no br. Must preserve original content word-for-word. Need to parse the raw text (which includes HTML tags originally). The input is a job description with HTML tags and inline styles. We need to extract the textual content and reformat as per rules. We must preserve all original content word-for-word, meaning we cannot change wording, but we can change tags. We must keep the exact text content, including punctuation, spaces? Probably we need to output the same textual content but with appropriate tags. We need to identify sections: Intro paragraphs, Job Description, Key Result Areas (with subheadings), Requirements, Technical knowledge/competency, etc., Skills, Competencies, Education, Closing Date, etc. We must use

for section headers like Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role. In this text, we have headings like "Job Description", "Key Result Areas:", then subheadings like "Project Reporting and Review", etc. Those could be considered section headers? The instruction: Use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). So we should treat headings like "Job Description", "Key Result Areas:", "Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:", "Technical knowledge/competency:", "Skills", "Competencies", "Education", "Closing Date". Also maybe "Project Reporting and Review" etc are subheadings under Key Result Areas; they could be treated as

as well? They are not in the example list but could be considered section headers. Safer to treat any bold heading as

. Also need to wrap list items in
    • . The original already has
      • for many items; we need to keep them but replace tags accordingly: keep
        • but remove any extra

          tags inside? The original has

          before each
. We'll need to output proper HTML: maybe each heading

            then
            • items. We must preserve all original content word-for-word. That includes the text inside
            • etc. We must not add or remove any characters. So we need to output exactly the same strings, just with different tags. We need to strip out all original HTML tags (like

, , , , etc.) and replace with appropriate semantic tags while keeping the inner text unchanged. We must not add any extra text like spaces or newlines beyond what's needed for HTML formatting? Probably we can output pretty printed but must not alter content. Adding newline between tags is okay as it doesn't change the textual content visible? It adds whitespace which may be considered extra content? Usually it's okay but to be safe we can output minimal HTML without extra whitespace that changes text nodes. However newlines outside of tags are not part of text nodes; they are just formatting. Usually acceptable. We'll just output clean HTML. Let's extract the textual content. We'll go through the input and pull out visible text. Input:

" This appears to be some list of competencies maybe? The text "Customer First", then empty h3 tags, then "Executing", etc. Likely these are competency names. They appear as plain text not wrapped in tags. We need to preserve them. They are likely part of Competencies section. So after the Competencies heading, we have these words: Customer First, Executing, Innovation, Leading with Influence, Learning, Relating, Strategic. Each followed by empty h3 tags. We need to keep the text exactly: "Customer First", "Executing", "Innovation", "Leading with Influence", "Learning", "Relating", "Strategic". Probably they should be list items under Competencies. 62. Then empty paragraphs. 63. "Education" 64. (empty paragraphs) 65. "Closing Date" 66. (empty paragraphs) 67. "29 September 2026 , 23:59" 68. The Old Mutual Story!

Text: "The Old Mutual Story!" We must preserve all content word-for-word, including the non-breaking space ( ) and the HTML entity ' for apostrophe? Actually the original had ' which is an apostrophe. In the extracted text we need to keep the apostrophe character? The instruction: preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. The original content includes the HTML entities. If we convert them to actual characters, that would be a change. However typical interpretation: we should keep the visible text, not the source encoding. But "word-for-word" of the rendered text? Usually they mean the visible text, not the markup. The
