PROJECT TECHNICIAN

Job Description

Analyse Mechanical (HVAC) and Electrical Scope, drawings and specifications from client for proposal

Perform design calculations for equipment and systems

Select Equipment and material for use

Draft and complete drawings/ sketch on CAD/Autodesk

Compile Method statements for critical work/ projects, Quality documents and work procedures

Review maintenance and project pricing for works

Develop and Manage scope for subcontractors on site

Plan, review and monitor, inspect work, testing and commissioning of work on site

Develop project/work planning schedule

Prepare billing for work in progress as per milestones

Compile project close out documentation & service reports

Qualifications and Experience

• National Diploma Electromechanical/ Mechanical or Electrical Or equivalent
• At least 3 Years experience or equivalent
