Policy Overview

This policy is mainly for all business units exposed to liability arising out of accidents during the course of business operations.

Indemnification

This policy indemnifies against amounts one is legally liable to pay as damages to the third party victims of an accident which include:

• compensation for accidental death
• bodily injury or disease to third parties
• damage to or loss of property belonging to third parties arising out of an accident, including legal costs incurred
• legal and civil liabilities of the directors and officers of the company
• all amounts one is legally liable to pay for third party including legal costs and expenses subject to limit of indemnity

Exclusions

Some of the basic exclusions are:

• Bodily injury of any person under a contract of employment with the insured, if such injury arose out of and in the course of his employment;
• The transportation of materials and/or hazardous or dangerous substances outside the insured's premises;
• Pollution of any kind and terrorism.
