  • Experience: 1 -2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or customer-facing role.

  • IT Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment like printers and scanners.

  • Organization: Ability to multitask, manage digital files and maintain a tidy reception area under pressure.
