We are seeking a dynamic Regional HR Manager to lead the implementation of Tsebo’s People Strategy within the region. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational support across a highly dispersed workforce. You will partner with regional operations teams to drive labour stability, talent development, compliance, and employee engagement in line with Tsebo’s High-Performance Service Culture. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Translate divisional People Strategy into a regional plan aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning, labour optimisation, and organisational effectiveness.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and frontline leadership development.
- Oversee employee relations, CCMA representation, and compliance with labour legislation.
- Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and Tsebo’s values-driven culture.
- Support Employment Equity and Diversity initiatives.
- Ensure HR operational excellence through accurate reporting, compliance, and the effective use of digital HR systems.
- Champion people analytics and AI-enabled solutions to enhance workforce planning, decision-making, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Honours or postgraduate qualification (preferred).
- 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years at HR Manager or Regional HR Partner level.
- Strong background in labour-intensive service industries (cleaning, security, hospitality, facilities).
- Proven expertise in employee relations, CCMA representation, and HR partnering.
- Experience managing multi-site or distributed workforces.
