Job Description
Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring an experienced Seller Support Specialist for our client in the telecommunications sector. The position is responsible for supporting the sales team with technical expertise during the sales cycle, designing, positioning, and presenting solutions that meet customer business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer requirements and business needs with the Sales Team to define appropriate technical solutions.
- Lead technical discovery, presentations, and demonstrations to communicate solution value and suitability to customers.
- Design end-to-end connectivity solutions including MPLS, Internet, DIA, SD-WAN, VPN, Cloud Connectivity, and Managed Network Services.
- Develop scalable, secure, and resilient network architectures aligned with customer requirements, budget, and performance needs.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, quotations, and BOQs for sales opportunities.
- Provide technical input for RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, ensuring complete, accurate, and commercially viable responses.
- Validate solution feasibility, costing, and implementation timelines with technical delivery and operations teams.
- Ensure all proposed solutions meet company standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecommunications, connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure technologies.
- Support product launches and go-to-market activities through technical input, competitive analysis, and solution positioning.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, IT, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3 years’ of relevant experience in telecommunications, ISP, enterprise networking, ICT solutions, or technical pre-sales.
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise connectivity and network solutions based on customer technical and business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing and switching, WAN, SD-WAN, fibre, wireless, and internet technologies.
- Relevant professional certifications are preferred, including CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Huawei HCIA/HCIP, ITIL Foundation, AWS/Azure Fundamentals, or SD-WAN certifications.
