Job Description

We need to output clean semantic HTML. Use

for paragraphs,

for section headers. Identify sections: "Key Results Area:" maybe not a header? It's a bold label. Should be

maybe. But rule: use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). The description includes many sections. We need to map. Let's parse: - Intro paragraphs: first two

with "Let's Write Africa's Story Together!" and "Old Mutual is a firm believer...". Those are introductory paragraphs. So wrap them in

. - Then "Job Description" bold. That's a header maybe

Job Description

. - Then "Key Results Area:" bold. That's a section header. Use

Key Results Area:

. - Then list items under responsibilities: multiple
    with
  • . Those are duties. Should be
    • . But note there are multiple
        tags each containing a single
      • . We need to combine? The instruction: Use
        • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). So we need to produce a single
containing all duty items. However there are multiple
tags; we need to merge them into one list. Also there is an
              • undefined
which seems erroneous; maybe ignore? It says "undefined". Should we keep? It is part of list; but it's nonsense. The rule: preserve ALL original content word-for-word. So we must include that
            • undefined
            • as is. But maybe it's a mistake; still preserve. - Then "Qualification and Experience:" bold. That's a header. Use

              Qualification and Experience:

. - Then list items for qualifications/experience: there are many
                with
              • . Some have style attributes but content is same. We need to combine into one
                  . Also there is a
                    with a
                  • that includes a with color etc. The content is "Actuarial student making good progress with actuarial exams". Keep that exactly. - Then "Skills" bold header. Use

                    Skills

. - Then there is a line: "Analytical Thinking, Business, Computer Literacy, Data Compilation, Data Controls, Executing Plans, Information Management, Insurance Product Management, Insurance Sales, Legal Practices, Market Analysis, Numerical Aptitude, Product Development, Product Management, Risk Management, Risk Management Solutions". That's a list of skills separated by commas. Should be a
                      with
                    • each? The rule: Use
                      • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). So we need to split this comma-separated list into separate
                      • items. However the original text is a single paragraph with commas. We need to preserve content word-for-word, but also need to format as
                        • . The instruction: "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase". Splitting into separate
                        • would change punctuation (commas). But we need to keep content exactly. Could we keep as a single
                        • with the whole comma-separated string? That would preserve content but maybe not follow list semantics. The rule says use
                          • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). So for skills we need a list. The original content is a paragraph listing skills separated by commas. To preserve word-for-word, we could wrap the whole string as a single
                          • inside a
. That would keep the content unchanged (including commas). That seems acceptable. - Then "Competencies" bold header. Use

                              Competencies

. - Then there are several

tags with content like "Balances Stakeholders", "Builds Networks", etc. Those are likely competency items. Should we treat each as a list item? They are headings but not
                                . The rule: Use

                                for section headers,
                                • for list items. The competency items are not in a list but are separate headings. However they are part of "Competencies" section. We could treat each as a list item:
                                • Balances Stakeholders
                                • etc. But they are currently

tags. We need to convert to appropriate HTML: maybe wrap each in
                                • within a
                                    . But we need a
                                      container. The original has multiple

with no surrounding list. To preserve content, we could create a
                                        and put each competency as
                                      • . However that adds new structure not present originally. The rule: preserve ALL original content word-for-word. Adding
                                          and
                                        • may be considered adding structure, but it's required for list items. The original had no list; but we need to format as list. Might be okay to create a
                                            with
                                          • for each competency. However that adds new tags not present originally, but it's required to use
                                            • for list items. The competency items are list items conceptually. So we should create a
after the Competencies header and list each competency as
                                              • . The original had

tags for each competency. We need to preserve the text exactly, but we can wrap them in
                                              • . The text inside

includes the competency name. So we need to extract that text. List of competency headings: - Balances Stakeholders - Builds Networks - Business Insight - Collaborates - Communicates Effectively - Cultivates Innovation - Decision Quality - Drives Results Also there is a stray

maybe empty; ignore. - Then "Education" bold header. Use

                                                Education

. - Then there are some

with empty content and then "NQF Level 7 - Degree, Advance Diploma or Postgraduate Certificate or equivalent". That's the education requirement. Should be a list item? It's a qualification. Could be a

                                              • within a
                                                  . But maybe just a

. However it's a requirement, not a duty. The rule: Use

                                                  • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). So we could put this as a
                                                  • within a
under Education? But there is no explicit list. Maybe we treat the education requirement as a paragraph. - Then "Closing Date" bold header. Use

                                                      Closing Date

. - Then "30 October 2026 , 23:59". That's the date. - Then a paragraph with italic and bold: "The appointment will be made from the designated group in line with the Employment Equity Plan of Old Mutual South Africa and the specific business unit in question." - Then a paragraph with "The Old Mutual Story!" which is likely a tagline. We need to ensure we include all content exactly. Also need to remove any

etc. But we need to preserve content; we can just use

without style. We must not include any

                                                      or
. Also no CSS classes. We need to ensure we use

for section headers. Which sections are headers? The description includes many bold labels that act as headers: "Job Description", "Key Results Area:", "Qualification and Experience:", "Skills", "Competencies", "Education", "Closing Date". Also maybe "Role Overview:" but that's inside paragraph, not a header. The "Key Results Area:" is a header for responsibilities list. "Qualification and Experience:" header for qualifications list. "Skills" header for skills list. "Competencies" header for competency list. "Education" header for education requirement. "Closing Date" header for date. Also "Job Description" maybe a header. Now we need to construct HTML. Let's outline:

                                                      Let's Write Africa's Story Together!

Old Mutual is a firm believer in the African opportunity and our diverse talent reflects this.

                                                      Job Description

The appointment will be made from the designated group in line with the Employment Equity Plan of Old Mutual South Africa and the specific business unit in question.

                                                      The Old Mutual Story!

Check for any missing content: There is also "Role Overview:" but not a header; it's part of paragraph. The paragraph after "Role Overview:" includes description of the role. That content is already included in the earlier paragraphs (the description after "Key Results Area:" maybe includes role overview). Let's see: The "Key Results Area:" list includes many responsibilities. Then there is a paragraph after that list: "

                                                      ·

                                                      Role Overview:

The Old Mutual Actuarial Services & Legacy Book Team is seeking a suitably qualified individual for a Senior Actuarial Specialist role...". This content is not captured in our current HTML. We need to include that as well. Also there are more paragraphs describing the role, including "This exciting opportunity offers exposure..." etc. Those are part of the job description, not captured. We need to preserve all original content. So we must include the "Role Overview" paragraph and subsequent paragraphs. Let's locate those paragraphs in original: After the list items, there is:

                                                      ·

                                                      Role Overview:

The Old Mutual Actuarial Services & Legacy Book Team is seeking a suitably qualified individual for a Senior Actuarial Specialist role. The team is responsible for product management and performance for both savings and income closed products in the Old Mutual retail market within the Personal Finance segment.

This exciting opportunity offers exposure to an interesting combination of technical and business issues.  The role requires a technically sound individual, who can collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders at all levels.  This is a unique opportunity as the incumbent will play an important role in managing a suite of closed retail products that span the evolution of savings and risk solutions in South Africa – from reversionary bonus policies to universal life products.

As the regulatory environment and industry standards evolve, we need to ensure the suite keeps abreast of these changes which will require the individual to navigate a wide range of technical and business issues. This diverse product set requires adaptability in thinking and the ability to collaborate and execute in partnership with a wide set of stakeholders across the business – including senior management, other product areas, marketing, client servicing, IT, legal and compliance.

The successful candidate’s focus will largely be to support strategically significant projects (of various sizes) for the book, while running with smaller projects and BAU work (business as usual). This will include innovating the processes and systems on which these products are administered and driving the take-on of new closed product ranges within the team.

Highly significant changes are underway in this space, and we are looking for an individual with a passion for delivering fair customer outcomes, change management and execution, to dig in and drive these changes across the line.

We need to preserve these paragraphs. Some have style attributes; we can just use

without style. Also there is a paragraph after "Skills" maybe includes "Analytical Thinking, Business, ..." which we captured as a list item. But there are also

etc. We need to include them as

. Also there is a paragraph after "Competencies" with

tags for each competency. We turned them into list items. That's fine. Also there is a paragraph after "Education" maybe empty. Also there is a paragraph after "Closing Date" maybe empty. Also there is a paragraph with italic and bold about appointment. Also there is a paragraph with "The Old Mutual Story!" which is a tagline. Also there is a paragraph earlier: "The role will grant you exposure to the products environment where you can develop sound technical knowledge. The successful candidate will be presented with the following opportunities and responsibilities:" This is before the list. That paragraph is part of the job description. We need to include it. Let's locate that paragraph: After "Key Results Area:" there is:

The role will grant you exposure to the products environment where you can develop sound technical knowledge. The successful candidate will be presented with the following opportunities and responsibilities:

We need to include that as

. Also there is a paragraph after "Qualification and Experience:" maybe includes "Strong technical skills" etc. Those are list items already. Also there is a paragraph after "Skills" maybe includes "Analytical Thinking, Business, ..." which we captured as a list item. But there are also

etc. Also there is a paragraph after "Competencies" maybe includes empty

tags; we captured list items. Also there is a paragraph after "Education" maybe empty. Also there is a paragraph after "Closing Date" maybe empty. Also there is a paragraph after "The appointment will be made..." which we captured. Also there is a paragraph with "The Old Mutual Story!" which we captured. Also there is a paragraph earlier: "Let's Write Africa's Story Together!" and "Old Mutual is a firm believer..." which we captured. Now we need to ensure we include all paragraphs in correct order. Let's reconstruct full order: 1. Intro paragraphs (two). 2. "Job Description" header. 3. Paragraph: "The role will grant you exposure..." (maybe after Job Description header). 4. "Key Results Area:" header. 5. List of responsibilities (multiple
                                                    • ). 6. Paragraph with "·   " etc (maybe empty). We need to include that as

. Also there are tags with spaces; we can just include as

with the content (maybe just a space). But we need to preserve content word-for-word. The content is "·   " (a bullet and spaces). That's weird. We can include as

                                                      ·

. But maybe it's just formatting artifact. However rule: preserve all original content word-for-word. So we must include that exactly. However it's not clear if it's part of the content. It appears after the list items. Let's include it as

                                                      ·

. 7. Then "Qualification and Experience:" header. 8. List of qualifications/experience items. 9. Paragraph: "

Please note that the appointment may be made at a lower role size depending on the successful candidates’ experience and exam progress.

                                                      " This is [/]
