The Senior Facilities Manager will lead the delivery of technical maintenance, engineering services, capital projects, contract management, workplace operations, business continuity initiatives, and tenant management to ensure a safe, efficient, compliant, and resilient working environment.<br><br>The Senior Facilities Manager will serve as the appointed General Machinery Regulations (GMR 2.7) Responsible Person for the campus, assuming accountability for the safe operation, maintenance, statutory compliance, and governance of all applicable machinery, electrical installations, and engineering systems in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and associated regulations.<br><br>The role is accountable for the day-to-day management of building infrastructure, critical engineering systems, service provider performance, and campus operations while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, operational excellence standards, and customer experience expectations.
