Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the municipality's human resources function. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and strategies that support the municipality's goals and objectives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
