Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

• B Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• CA (SA) will be an added advantage

Experience:

• 8 years related experience in Finance environment
• 5 years must be at management level

• Leadership: Strategic thinking, decision making, coaching and mentoring, driving performance
• Knowledge: Financial management, accounting standards (IFRS), taxation, risk management, governance and compliance
• Skills: Analytical, communication, negotiation, problem solving, financial modelling

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the financial planning and budgeting process
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS
• Provide strategic financial advice to business units
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital
• Lead and develop the finance team
• Ensure effective internal controls and governance
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Drive cost optimization initiatives

Additional Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willing to travel
• May be required to work extended hours
