Responsibilities
- The Talent Acquisition Consultant II is responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- They ensure a superior candidate experience and oversee the offer process.
- Additionally, they contribute to acquisition projects and initiatives, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers, and take on more complex recruitment assignments.
Qualifications
- Related HR Diploma, Degree or Postgrad professional qualification
- 5+ years relevant Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience in delivery of the full recruitment process
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Strong stakeholder relationship management
