<p style="text-align:left"><span>It&#39;s fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they&#39;re doing!</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Ensure compliance to General Merchandise standards, regulations and set plans to achieve targets/ deadlines.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b><span>Competencies:</span></b></p><p>Being customer minded by seeing situations through the eyes of the customer and responding positively.</p><p>Excellent communication skills by listening attentively, responding appropriately and talking in a clear, understandable manner.</p><p>Display a sense of urgency in constantly striving to complete tasks in the shortest possible time.</p><p>Perform routine tasks at a constant high standard.</p><p>Develop self by constantly looking for opportunities to improve/grow self.</p><p>Willing to be flexible and multi-skilled.</p><p>Able to work shifts to meet operational requirements.</p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements:</b></p><p><span>Grade 12</span></p><p><span>2- 3 years retail experience an added advantage </span></p><p><span>Ability to communicate in English</span></p><p><span>Must be able to pass given assessments at the required level</span></p><p><span>Must be successful in competency based interviews</span></p><p><span>Must be flexible and willing to be transferred between stores</span></p><p><span>Must be willing to give authorization for a full credit and criminal check</span></p><p><span>Must have a valid South African ID (attach copy to application) </span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span> </b></p><p>Physically demanding</p><p>Ensure that hygiene, housekeeping and safe working standards are maintained (Floor and back-up)</p><p>Ensure that security procedures are adhered to.</p><p>Ensure that merchandise/display standards are adhered to.</p><p>Conduct regular quality checks, ensure that stock is rotated.
