Reporting to Production & Factory Manager
*Manufacturing, FMCG or Paper&Pulp Industry experience Professional | Permanent

**Region:** Gauteng
**Location:** JHB - Eastern Suburbs
**SHIFT SUPERVISOR with Manufacturing, Paper&Pulp/Tissue or FMCG Industry experience - Reporting to Production & Factory Manager
Qualifications/Skills
- **National Diploma or NQF Level 6 in**:
- Mechanical/Electrical OR Industrial Engineering Engineering
- Operations Management OR Production Management
- *Minimum 5 Years' experience in a Manufacturing, Paper&Pulp/Tissue OR FMCG Industry*
- B-Tech Degree & Supervisory Development Program - **AN**
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise & Lead a Team of Mechanical & Electrical Engineers.
- Ensure smooth Operations & Production Processes during assigned Shifts.
- Oversee Maintenance activities & Troubleshoot any Technical issues.
- Coordinate with other Departments to optimize workflow & efficiency.
- **Willing to work Overtime, Weekends & Public Holidays, if and when requested**
- Clean Criminal Record - will be verified
