Job Description

As Sourcing & Supplier Manager (Global), you are responsible for ensuring we can deliver what we bid — competitively, reliably, and at scale. MMT Alliance is building a world-class procurement and tendering operation focused on securing and delivering UN, NGO, and Government contracts globally. Backed by MMT Care (Australia) — a multi-million-dollar government contractor — we are scaling rapidly with a clear objective: Source the right products, from the right suppliers, at the right price — anywhere in the world. We are looking for a globally minded operator who can build, manage, and optimise a high-performance supplier network across multiple regions and sectors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
• Strong understanding of supplier sourcing and evaluation, pricing and negotiation, logistics and delivery considerations
• Experience working with international suppliers (preferred)
• Familiarity with UN / NGO / Government procurement environments (advantage)
• Strong skills in Excel / data tracking, communication and negotiation
• Excellent English communication
