Job Description

A branded retail store has a vacancy for a Store Manager in the George Branch. The successful Candidate will be responsible for the following duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Store.
• Managing the sales team and enhancing Customer satisfaction.
• Meet sales and profitability targets.
• Inventory management.
• Managing the day to day instore activities.
• Work closely with the Regional Manager and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving Customer experience and driving sales.
• Conduct weekly stock takes.
• Visual Merchandising.
• Minimize stock loss and control shrinkage.
• Store administration.
• Performance management.
• Staff training and mentoring.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 Years retail experience.
• 1 - 2 years experience at management level.
• Ability to drive sales and targets.
• Extensive understanding of retail operations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management.
• Ability to control expenses and enhance profitibility.
