A branded retail store has a vacancy for a Store Manager in the George Branch. The successful Candidate will be responsible for the following duties.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Store.
- Managing the sales team and enhancing Customer satisfaction.
- Meet sales and profitability targets.
- Inventory management.
- Managing the day to day instore activities.
- Work closely with the Regional Manager and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving Customer experience and driving sales.
- Conduct weekly stock takes.
- Visual Merchandising.
- Minimize stock loss and control shrinkage.
- Store administration.
- Performance management.
- Staff training and mentoring.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 Years retail experience.
- 1 - 2 years experience at management level.
- Ability to drive sales and targets.
- Extensive understanding of retail operations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management.
- Ability to control expenses and enhance profitibility.
