Responsibilities

• Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive store sales and achieve set targets
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
• Foster a positive and collaborative work culture
• Administer store operations and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Grade: 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
• 3-4 Years’ experience in a store / retail management experience
• Sales & service management
• Budgeting
• Computer literacy
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Retail trade
• Brand, customer & product understanding
• Strong business acumen and problem - solving skills
• A passion for home decor and design
