Partner with Buying, Planning, Marketing, Operations, Property, and Store Teams to ensure the visual presentation of merchandise aligns with seasonal campaigns, customer trends, and commercial objectives.

• Degree or Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, Retail Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Visual Merchandising within a fashion retail environment.
• Proven experience in store design, space planning, and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of fashion retail trends, merchandising, store operations, and customer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, while managing stakeholders and driving commercial results.

Strategy Development

• Develop and implement the Visual Merchandising strategy aligned to the Mr Price Apparel brand and business objectives.
• Translate seasonal product stories, fashion trends, and campaigns into impactful in-store experiences.
• Drive commercial performance through innovative visual merchandising initiatives.

Customer Experience

• Create inspiring and engaging shopping environments that reflect the Mr Price Apparel brand DNA.
• Enhance the customer journey through effective product presentation, styling, and visual storytelling.
• Ensure consistent visual standards across all stores while evolving the store experience to meet changing customer expectations.

Space Planning & Store Design

• Lead the development of store layouts, merchandise adjacencies, and fixture strategies that maximize sales and productivity.
• Analyze sales, space productivity, and customer shopping behaviors to inform store design decisions.
• Oversee visual merchandising requirements for new stores, refurbishments, relocations, and concept developments.
• Recommend and implement innovative display solutions that support changing merchandise assortments and fashion trends.
