<p><span>To ensure that your store is risk and admin compliant.&nbsp; You will work collaboratively with the Area and Store Manager to drive continuous business improvement in order to enhance our customers’ experience and maximize profitability.&nbsp;You will oversee the admin side, mobile POS, DayForce as part of your daily responsibilities.</span><br>&nbsp;</p><ul style="margin-top: 0cm;"><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Grade 12</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">3+ years' experience in a store management position - focusing&nbsp;on Risk &amp; Compliance.&nbsp;</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Solid Leadership Skills</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Budgeting knowledge.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Proficiency in MS Office.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Effective Communication skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Business understanding of retail trade, Company Audit Processes, Risk evaluation.</li></ul><p><span data-teams="true"><strong>Mr Price Group Limited is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to Employment Equity.</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Administration:</strong></p><ul style="margin-top: 0cm;"><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Manage losses within 0.7% of sales, including write-offs, and report exceptions to the Store Manager.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Implement strategic plans to minimize shrinkage in line with Stock Loss policy, reporting exceptions to the Store Manager.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Conduct regular stocktakes and cyclical counts as per operational requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Achieve Mark Down targets and maintain Data Integrity at the company standard of 90%.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Enforce security procedures, ensuring they support customer service, and report any exceptions to the Store Manager.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Oversee Dayforce operations daily, handling exceptions.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Ensure all store administration adheres to policies and procedures.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Assist Store Manager in conducting store assessments to achieve acceptable results.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Manage Como reports weekly, submitting exceptions to the Regional Risk Administrator every Monday.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Ensure compliance with Health &amp; Safety regulations.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Conduct maintenance checks and take necessary actions.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Profit:</strong></p><ul style="margin-top: 0cm;"><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Ensure that all controllable expenses for the store is managed in line with budgets.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Report to Store Manager any possible deviations from store budget.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Innovation:</strong></p><ul style="margin-top: 0cm;"><li>Analyse and challenge processes to identify better ways of working with regards to Systems &amp; Procedures, Dayforce Efficiencies and MPOS &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>People:</strong></p><ul style="margin-top: 0cm;"><li>Ensure Inductions, Training &amp; Development is at optimum level.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 18pt;">&nbsp;</p>
