Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Accountant: Insurance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical accounting support to our clients in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical accounting support to clients in the insurance industry
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical accounting, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong technical accounting skills, including knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Proficient in accounting software, such as Xero or QuickBooks
