Telesales Agent Insurance Mr Price Money

<p class="MsoNormal">The Telesales Agent will engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell a range of insurance products.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This role involves understanding customer needs, explaining policy features, and guiding customers through the purchasing process to ensure they select the best insurance solutions for their requirements.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The agent will also handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.</p><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.</li><li>At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales environment, with a focus on selling life insurance policies.</li><li>RE5 and FAIS certifications is a strong advantage.</li><li>Solid understanding of FSB compliance, including the Code of Conduct and relevant legislation such as the NCA and POPI Act.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Direct Sales:</strong></p><ul><li>Contact prospective customers to present information and explain available products.</li><li>Delivered prepared sales talks, reading from a script that describes products, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product. Explain products and prices, and answer questions from customers.</li><li>Ensure FAIS and FICA standards are adhered to when dealing with customer calls and correspondence. Update customer details and communication on the customer debtor system (CDS).
