Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our sales and marketing efforts in the region, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales and marketing efforts in the Lagos region
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing goals
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance
• Provide regular updates to management on sales and marketing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the energy or power sector
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the Lagos market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel frequently within the Lagos region
