Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Town and Regional Planner Building Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all building plans and applications are in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to inspect building plans and applications
• Ensure that all building plans and applications are in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations
• Provide technical advice and guidance to building owners and developers
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all building plans and applications are processed efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of all building plans and applications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Town and Regional Planning or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of building laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
