About the role:
Are you passionate about horticulture and eager to build a career in fresh produce operations? Freshmark is seeking a dynamic and driven Trainee Manager: Horticulture to participate in a structured 12-month development programme. The successful candidate will gain practical exposure across our FlowerCo and Freshmark operations, developing operational, commercial, and people management skills within a fast-paced fresh produce environment.

- Hands-on operational experience
- Exposure to fresh produce and flower supply chain management
- Mentorship from experienced industry leaders
- A foundation for future management opportunities within the business
What you bring:
- Degree or Diploma in Agricultural Economics, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field
- Valid drivers license
- Strong operational aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fresh produce and agricultural markets
- Willingness to travel and work across operational sites
