About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Regional People Partner to join our HR team in Centurion. This entry-level role is designed to develop future HR leaders by providing hands-on experience in people management, employee relations, and HR operations within the region. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional People Partner to support HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and organisational growth.
Job Objectives
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures at the regional level.
- Support the Regional People Partner with employee relations and performance management activities.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Help maintain accurate HR records and employee data in compliance with company standards.
- Contribute to employee engagement and development initiatives.
- Assist with reporting and data analysis related to workforce metrics.
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent. A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field is essential.
Experience
Some exposure to Human Resources, either through internships, learnerships, or previous support roles is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
