Position Overview

Work under the supervision of the Transport Officer Receiving and recording transport bookings and quotations Filing of job cards Overtime compilation and record keeping Performing other duties as may be assigned by the Transport Officer. Input transport charges on booking forms

Qualifications Required

  • 5 ‘O’ Levels including English and Mathematics
  • A secretarial certificate or computer literacy will be an added advantage

  • Work under the supervision of the Transport Officer
  • Receiving and recording transport bookings and quotations
  • Filing of job cards
  • Overtime compilation and record keeping
