Job Description
NDC Personnel is currently recruiting for a talented Transport Co-ordinator to join our client, a logistics giant, at their Western Cape site.
In this role, you will be liaising with clients and analysing load information in order to determine appropriate routes and rates. You will be managing client relationships, resolving any issues that may arise, organising pick-ups and drop-offs and maintaining the high level of client satisfaction. You will be taking charge of administrative duties such as entering and updating shipment information, tracing and updating information and rescheduling shipments and deliveries as needed.
Requirements
- grade 12
- a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
- a relevant tertiary qualification will be a bonus
- proficient in using MS Office and Transport Management Systems
- Strong South African geography knowledge
- the ability to work overtime
