TsAfrika is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Vending Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of vending services. The successful candidate will be responsible for stocking vending machines, monitoring product availability, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Refill and replenish vending machines with products according to stock requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the relevant Supervisor.
- Ensure vending machines are clean, operational, and well-presented at all times.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure products are fresh, correctly displayed, and within expiry dates.
- Assist with stock receiving, inventory management, and stock control processes.
- Report machine faults, maintenance issues, and product discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock usage and replenishment activities.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
- Assist with general vending operations and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, food service, vending, or a customer service environment will be advantageous.
- Basic numerical and stock control skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move stock when required.
- Basic computer literacy will be advantageous.
