Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver professional food and beverage service to executives, clients, and visitors.
• Prepare and set up executive dining rooms, boardrooms, and meeting venues.
• Serve meals, refreshments, and beverages according to service standards.
• Ensure all dining and meeting areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of catering functions and special events.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, and service protocols.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and requirements.
• Monitor stock levels of beverages, cutlery, crockery, and hospitality supplies.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with executives and guests.

Qualifications

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Waiter in a corporate, hospitality, hotel, executive dining, or fine dining environment.
