Team are very supportive and deadline driven and focused, working within a multi-branded environment. line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="color: black;">Preparation of final working drawings, to include store layout, ceiling/lighting, flooring, electrical layouts and elevations including shopfronts both for Landlord approval, manufacture and procurement</span></p></li><li><p style="background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="color: black;">Preparation of details for fixture and fittings</span></p></li><li><p style="background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="color: black;">Liaise with Landlords, Architects and Developers</span></p></li><li><p style="background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="color: black;">Liaise with internal Operational Teams, Project and Procurement Managers including external Design Houses</span></p></li><li><p style="background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="color: black;">Preparation of Council submission packs</span></p></li><li><p style="background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="color: black;">3D Development work including sketch up and photoshop, not essential.</span></p></li><li><p style="background-color: white;
