Role Summary
The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Manager and/or Department with any administration work.
Key Work Output and Accountabilities
Credit control function
- Printing of documents
- Faxing of documents daily
Query Resolution
- Handle all administrative queries
Financial Administration
- Complete nursing hour’s spreadsheets weekly
- Mail nursing hours to Matrons at end of every month
- Reconcile accounts on a weekly basis
- Ensure accounts are authorized by the Matrons and send through for payment
Personal and professional development
- Assume responsibility for own personal and professional development
- Keep up to date with Netcare’s evolving policies and procedures
Skills Profile
Education
Essential
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification
Work Experience
Essential
- 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
Knowledge
Essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Professional flexibility in working hours while supporting daily business hours.
