Commercial Executive (B2B Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

•  Identify, prospect, and onboard new business clients.
•  Promote the company's microcredit products and financial solutions to SMEs and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and business meetings to generate new opportunities.
• Assess clients' financing needs and recommend suitable credit solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure excellent after-sales service.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records.
• Represent the company professionally while enhancing brand visibility in the market.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: HND, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance , or a related field.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, banking, microfinance, or financial services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
