Key Responsibilities

• Systems, processes and general administration
• Timeously prepare samples for meetings
• Maintain an efficient filing system
• Ensure consistent approach to admin within the department
• Make suggestions for improvements
• Sample control
• Ensure samples are provided to the relevant parties timeously (Supplier, Buyer, and Quality Assurance)
• Maintain fit rails
• Co-ordinate the movement of samples between departments
• Maintain an organised archive area

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric
• Previous administration experience in a similar role

• Essential Competencies: Computer literate (Word, Excel and Outlook)
