Business Unit / Division: Tsebo Hygiene and Pest Control
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in Gqeberha
- Maintain high-quality standards per SLA’s, OHS, HACCAP
- Manage client relations and perform pest control
- Conduct inspections and support site management
- Ensure sites are managed per budgeted costings and growth targets
- Develop people and drive innovation in industry
- Minimum Grade 12 Relevant tertiary qualification
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to pest control
- Registered and up to date PCO
- 3 – 5-year pest elimination qualification preferred
- Fumigation qualification highly advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and PDP
- Good understanding of scheduling and task assignment
- Strong people skills and communication abilities
- Proven financial skills and business management experience
- Self-motivated with ability to work unsupervised
- Proactive, analytical, and disciplined problem-solving approach
- Attention to detail and time management
- Innovative and creative mindset
- Strong on client relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Good English language skills
- Planning and project management experience
- Sales exposure
