Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Kampala, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the region, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales team in the region to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel frequently within the region
• Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is an added advantage
